Disabling DND per phone

Hi,

We operate a 3CX system in a school environment and wondered if it was possible to stop users pressing the DND buttons on their Yealink phones.

Although I know it is possible for me to switch them over using the webclient to available again, I was wondering if you could just flat out disable it and/or re-program the button?

Yes with a custom template you can remove the dnd key from the phones.

And to clarify, all I would need to do is change relevant key number .type to 0 like below? All the reset for that key, blank?
