Hi all, I made a big boo boo today. We were looking to Transfer a license from 1 account to another account. I was under the impression the PBX was offline beucase I couldn't connect to it so I disconnected the FQDN. Turns out I was just blocked by the Firewall, thus couldn't load the Management Page. Anyways, PBX is operational via the Public IP Address BUT the License is detached.
How can I re-attach the license? Is it even possible to reattach the same one? When I log into the server via Public IP it shows the license key there with the FQDN. I'm guessing it hasn't refreshed it's license information and I'm scared to do so.
This is a Standard 4 SC License... I have another Standard 4SC License that is available. Could I "Replace License Key" with that other empty license to this server to assign it a license? How would it know to pull the correct FQDN?
Please help before something bad happens... This is a production PBX
