Hello Good morning everyone!
I just ran the Queue Chat Performance report for last Friday (04/25/2025 00:00am to 23:59pm) and it's showing me the following data
However, when I run the Chat Log report for that same period (04/25/2025) that report only shows me a total of 20 chats received that day.
When I run the Abandoned Chats report for 04/25/2025 12:00:00am to 04/25/2025 11:59:00PM it shows me 40 abandoned chats with dates ranging from 04/07/2025 to 04/25/2025 with only 6 chats from 04/25/2025.
Any ideas on what's causing such a difference in three reports with the same time frame?
