Hi Team,
We’re running 3CX Pro across multiple markets and generally love the simplicity and ease of integration. However, we’re hitting a serious issue—frequent silent and breaking calls especially during peak activity.
We have over 800 + agents in each 3CX Instance and 68 team leaders for each Market managing 400+ simultaneous calls, processing millions of calls daily. Team leads run reports (e.g., agent activity, call volumes), and during that time, we see disk saturation spike to 100% (see attached Zabbix graph), causing system instability. This is due to PostgreSQL queries hitting the same disk 3CX services run on, even when an additional disk is attached.

Questions:
- Is this a known limitation in the Pro license, and would Enterprise solve this (e.g., better resource management, database offloading)?
- Has anyone faced this and found a workaround?
- Any best practices for handling high call volumes + live reporting without killing performance?
