Display 3CX Live Chat Name on 3CX apps (Android and Iphone)

I have implemented 3CX chats on multiple websites: A, B and C.

Chats are connected to queues 1, 2 and 3.

On my mobile app, I have no visibility on the chat name nor the queue name when I receive a chat request.

Hi, using the live chat the visitor's name is displayed to the agent





Here is the 3cx app on iphone



and if you tap on the icon you can notice it is a live chat



All live chat have the same name, 3CX LIVE CHAT.

Thanks for taking the time to answer, but my problem is different:

I can see the chat visitor's name, just like on your screenshots. This is not my issue.

My issue is that I have 3CX chats on multiple websites for multiple businesses ranging from Hotel to Web agency.

When I receive a chat from 'say "MIKE" asking for opening times, I cannot find nowhere if MIKE contacts me about the opening time of my hotel or my web agency.

See the problem?

Best would be to put a prefix in front of chat visitor's name such as "MyHotel - MIKE" or "WebAgency - MIKE" so I can identify the source of the contact easily.

Maybe in a future version? #FeatureRequest
