  5. Queue position for user

    I want to be able to show the users what position in the queue they are in when they start a chat? Right now it throws them in the Queue for the agents but there is no indicator that the user has 2 people in front of them. So I get call saying "I'm in the chat but no one is answering me" lol.

  8. No Phone Number Option in Information capture.

    Is there any way to add a phone number in there? Some time we needed to call some of the clients but we couldn't because the live chat option didn't get any phone numbers.
