Display 4 Digit Extension Number

I am always surprise when setting up extensions how the screen display on the phone does not show the complete 4 digit extension number. Like on the Fanvil X4U or V62G etc.. I can only see 3 digits. What's up with that and how are you guys handling that. On a V62G i have in the front of me now, the BLF is only showing 3 digits and not 4. Therefore, you don't see the extension full number and you end up guessing.

Is there a way to correct this?

Hi Alexander,

These are device limitations: small screen model, less real estate for BLFs and such.

The default layout from Fanvil is as you see it now, but if you wish you can change it manually.

You trade off the logo, icons, and date but that's now a matter of preference.

3CX does not overwrite this setting so it should persist.

I am still curious as to how others handle this when they run into it.

Also, this is not in the template to do in mass.
