is there a way to remove the comma from display name? I saw it's possible to have firstname, lastname or viceversa, but there is always a comma.

Phonebook or users?

V18: MGMT Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options
V20: Admin > System > Phonebook > Options

It's not a matter of order (first, last or last, first) but separating char between the two. here is the screenshot


Hope you get the point,
there is always a comma between first name and last name.

In our company we use just lastname firstname without comma, so I wonder if I can remove it so 3cx phonebook is similar to outlooK GAL
Just a cosmetic issue

This is not something you can change, and a comma will be there to show that there is not only one filed was used for the contact.
