Solved Display Trunk SIP name

I have 3CX Pro version 15.5

I have configured 2 Trunk SIP that both converge in the same call queue. When I receive calls from the 2 numbers, the 3cx client shows the operator only the extension number I assigned to the call queue (in my case is the same for each voip number).

Can someone tell me if it is possible to show the operator the name of the SIP Trunk (or any text) that allows the operator to understand the numer of the coming call? I would like to avoid creating 2 different queues.

You could try the setting (under contacts >> options):
Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID

See if this helps differentiate the DDI names and thus enable you to tell the difference.

Are they actually DiD numbers, or simply two numbers that happen to come in on the same trunk?
Or...is it one number per SIP trunk?

Please create an Inbound rule for each of the 2 numbers and give them a unique name so you can tell them apart and point the destination to the queue. Then navigate to Contacts / Options and select the option "Prepend Name".
This way when a call comes in and matches an Inbound rule, the Inbound rule name will be displayed along with the callers number.
