Displaying Ring Group name on phone

Hi,

I've got an inbound rule that points to a ring group.
Some recipients answer the phone for different companies, so I would like the name of that ring group to appear on the phone, so the recipients know which company the caller called.

I've tried on both an SPA509G and Yealink W52P. The caller's caller ID is displayed twice (on 2 lines) on the phone screen on an incoming call. How would I get the ring group name to appear instead?

I'm on 3CX V12.

edit: I just tried it with a call queue and I don't get the ring group name either.

Fantastic, that did it!
I kept googling and searching for "3cx ring group name" and couldn't find anything. The manual doesn't mention anything under Ring Groups, and neither did the nugget video. I never looked under Caller ID because caller ID was working - incoming numbers were being displayed.

I know, I first checked the manual...and there should be a line, about that option, in there.
