Distinctive Ringing Queue problems

I have setup distinctive ring for several call queues and set the rings on each Fanvil x5u,x6u, and H2U phones.
I have double checked all the settings.
Some phones ring with the default ring and some with the distinctive ring per call queue.

Are any of the calls transferred from internal extensions?

No, just call queues

You need to check from where the calls were routed to the extension. If the call was answered from a member of the queue and then transferred to the extension it is expected that you will hear the internal ringtone.

No, All the phones in the same queue receive an outside trunk.
Some of the phones in the queue ring with the distinctive ring and others ring with the defaule.
All the phones and queues are programmed the same way.

This configuration is per extension. Have you confirmed that extensions have the same configuration?
