Dll error while installing 3cx phone for windows V12

I had this installed on my windows 7 machine no problem. I upgraded to Windows 8.1 x64 and now I cannot install. It gives me an error stating Required Dll cannot be found. It gives no mention of the Dll name.

Your system could have some dependencies like Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 run-time that fails to install automatically from the installer.

Please download http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 and install/reinstall it.
