DND status - 3CX Myphone

Hi,
Currently, we use Aastra A142d dect phones and Snom 370 in our Organization. Some users have availabality to use 3CX Myphone. Howether when users are present into the organization but set to DND, for meeting by example, they still appears in green.

Is it a bug from us or need to be send to idescale to have a DND status near to phone extension or specific color stamp?

Check to see in your provisioning file for the voip phones that you can configure Away *30 Available *31

The yealink phones have this in the provision file, and I added the *31 and *30
