DNS entries for 3cx.ch are not available

Today, my monitoring tool started to complain about missing DNS entries for the 3CX phone systems.
All domains at 3cx.ch has begun to fail 10 minutes ago with "No DNS record"
I hope this will be fixed soon.

All our pbxes are down! @3CX: Please fix asap

Wir sind hoster in Liechtenstein nähe Schweiz und auch all unsere Kunden ca. 100 3CX Anlagen nutzen 3CX FQDNs 3cx.ch und keine löst mehr auf - Weltweit nicht, ligt also nicht an unserem lokalen DNS Server.
Bitte dringend um Feedback und Lösung

Nicht euer ernst oder ? Also wenn ich einen lookup auf 3cx.ch mache, scheint es so als ob die Domain von 3CX nicht verlängert wurde ?????

Same here ! We've put the DNS records locally, but that doesn't solve the problem for mobile applications.

The Domain ist not renewed, got deleted and is now in redemption period.
Its not a bug in 3CX - hopefully they can renew it ASAP, since it will take some time until the main nameservers of CH registry reload their zones. Until then: all of our clients are offline

Wie peinlich ist denn das? Tischtelefone via SBC scheinen noch zu funktionieren bei unseren Kunden.
