DNS names resolution

Good day all.
I am trying to install 3cx v15 on Windows and I am getting the below error:

DNS names resolution​

DNS resolution failed: activation.3cx.com Fix DNS problems and press 'Next'
When I lookup activation.3cx.com on any DNS server for resolution it doesn't exist. How can I resolve this?
I am trying to migrate from v12 to v18 and my intention is to Backup and Restore on each version upwrads.

Hi,
activation.3cx no longer exist since february 2022.

You should start from scratch using v18 iso from your customer portal. Since v12 don't use fqdn.

activation.3cx.com is no longer a valid fqdn.

I would reach out to 3cx support, to see your options in upgrading , or start from scratch

Thank you all for your responses. One last thing please advise how I can temporarily install v15.5 and bypass the license stage, then restore a backup.

Resolved this issue by starting from scratch however I have fairly new Grandstream GXP2200 that I would like to continue using (not supported on 3cxv18). What is a work around config?

I'm assuming, a custom template, or manual configuration.
