Solved DNS record not found .3cx.gr

Dears,

it seems that the FQDN that my pbx has registered in 3cx.gr when it was created is missing (i guess due to inactivity).
The static IP has not changed. But in mxtoolbox that i also checked i got the reply: DNS Record not found.

Can you PM me your license key please to check it ?
Also did you try to do an nslookup with Google DNS ?

thanks for sending me your key.
Yes indeed we have released your FQDN from your key as per the following document since your server did not communicate with our activation server from September :

https://www.3cx.com/docs/fqdn-management-allocation/

Note: 3CX-provided FQDNs which are not in use for over 60 days are automatically released. This is actioned based on the connectivity to the 3CX activation service.


You may re-install the PBX, use the same Trial Key and re-configure your FQDN.
