DNS TTL issues for 2 3cx servers connected by Bridge with dynamic ip

We have a scenario which I suspect is going to require 1 if not 2 enterprise licenses upgrades.

We 2 3cx PRO installs which connect via a master/slave bridge. these are on a 4g internet service which can only get a dynamic public IP which changes regularly. the bridges wont connect for a number of hours unless there is a reset of the servers.

If we replaced the master server to an enterprise license will this fix the issue? i have read that the enterprise license reduces the TTL from 6 hours to 5 mins.

Err maybe? So assuming everything is working properly and the issue is the TTL and not the fact that DNS isn't updating at all then yes upgrading to ENT should do the trick. Not trying to talk you out of upgrading but don't want you to spend the money if that's not the actual issue. If you can try doing a fresh DNS lookup from something that won't have it cached after the IP is changed and confirm that it is resolving properly (and thus a TTL issue) then ENT should solve the problem.
