Is there any way to put the softphone in DND mode? If not, can we have a button added to do this. When I am offsite, I use it to ring out, but dont want it to ring all the time when incoming calls arrive at the office.

In 3CX client there is a function to Change Your Status to Away it will fullfill your requirment that you will not get incoming calls and will be able to make outgoing calls. But after making an outbound call you need to change status again to Away. You can find that under tab Action---->Status--->Online/Away.
