Do not maximize when start with windows (10)

Hi,

after install the windows client, it starts on the center of window for each user on computer. Is there some way to start minimized on the tray to all users?

I found only another thread saying to set window position by modifying the "%appdata%\3CXPhone for Windows\3CXPhone.xml"

Just to update, event forcing (editing properties) the shortcut located on '%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup' to always start minimized, the window (normal size) comes up...
