doesn't login into web client

Hi All,

i dont know what to do next.

first i have try reset password. i got the mail with the link. then reset password. but when i try to login again. nothing happend. it looks like refresh from the website.
i have try with chrome, firefox, edge. all the same.
and this is with all the users account

but when i give the wrong login name or password i do see response

I have have root cli access. im newbie with linux commando

linux version 3cx

3cxpbx:
Installed: 20.0.6.724
Candidate: 20.0.6.724
Version table:
20.0.7.890 1

Maybe you have IP restrictions/blacklist up? Can you try from within the same LAN as the PBX is sitting in?

i did try that. the same result. page refresh without any msg or error
try it with extension number or email address
do you know, is there away to disable restrictions/blacklist on the cli. i know i have this running. but as far i know all the rfc 1918 ip are allow

no. all the users have the same problem. im at the point of a new install and then recover from backup

yes i did.
i found article online to check the DB. nothing in the blacklist for our ip range.
Im now starting a new install. next to the running 3cx. just to see if i cant access and with the backup restored. what i can see

hi All.

thanks for everything. after install and import the backup file from 1 year old. everything look okay. i have GUI access again. and also admin.
phones did reboot but works fine.

i have no idea what is was. i think it have to with restrictions/blacklist and in this backup the list is still empty
