If I'm driving somewhere, I plug in my handsfree set, turn on 3CX phone and then set google Navigate going. About 2 minutes into the journey, my screen changes to the 3CX screen and navigation is put in the background. Why? But just now, when I was doing something else, the 3CX phone rang, it DIDN'T come to the foreground, and having selected it from the notifications window, I then had to unlock my handset (it wasn't locked before) and then take the call. Luckily it hadn't stopped ringing by the time I'd gone through this palaver. But given that you can interrupt other things with the handset when a call isn't coming in, i'm surprised you can't interrupt things when a call does come in.
