Hello,
I started my instance of 3CX system hosted in Amazon after some months of inactivity.
The 3CX domain name (datasur.3cx.com.br) now is not registered, ping displays it cannot resolve the name.
I changed the fix IP address, because AWS gave me a different one.

How can I do to reassign datasur.3cx.com.br to the new IP?

Best Regards,
Gabriel.

Can you access 3CX management console via IP address ?

If so, you need to go into Settings - Network - Public IP

Yes I can access and I've already changed public IP yesterday.
But domain name datasur.3cx.com.br is not associated with the public IP.

Was the installation the free version of AWS provider by 3CX

the only thing I can tell is that the FQDN has been unpaired from your License key (by user interaction).
However already in December 2019

Yes may be, How can I do to pair them again?

Backup system wittout license key and FQDN - copying file locally,

You maybe able to run wizard again by sudo /usr/bin/3CXWizard --cleanup

If the wizard commands does not work. then you need to do

Delete 3CX from the server
Install 3CX.
Finally using 3CX configuration wizard , select the backup done previously
