Hello! How can I edit my 3cx domain name from (example.3cx.me) to (exampleleb.3cx.me) ?

You cannot "edit" it. You have to take a backup WITHOUT FQDN, release your current domain and then redeploy with a new domain and restore from backup.

To clarify on what Saqqara said, devices does not only include IP Phones but also means anything else using the current FQDN to reach the 3CX PBX in any way such as the 3CX SBC. In addition, you may have to re-configure features that use 3CX's FQDN such as Microsoft 365 integration and 3CX Live Chat.

Note: If the machine is on premise, I'd also recommend using the same exact ports and local IP when re-deploying to avoid having to re-configure your firewall. Provided of course you will be re-deploying on the same site and behind the same firewall.
