Solved Dont incoming calls SIP trunk

Hello all,
I've just install 3cx Startup freed edition, for test.
I registered a SIP trunk preferred from Brazil, directcall. It is green, i can make calls, but i dont get incoming ones. I thought coulb be something wrong with provider, But i made a test, setting up this trunk into microsip softphone, and everything is ok, I can make call, e get incoming calls.
ROute calls it is ok.
I read someone has the same issue, and it was told him it was fixed. Maybe it is a bug this version?
When I call to my SIP number the calling is drop, it looks like dont even get to my 3cx startup

As I understand it, you won't have access to the 3CX Activity log, (which is the best method to troubleshoot) to see if the PBX is actually receiving an Invite. You might have to contact your provider to see if they can offer any info on why the call is dropping

The first step is to contact DirectCall as the calls are not reaching 3CX. Let us know what they tell you

Hello.

It was provider's issue. Even it was working with softphone, they had to configure something to my 3cx's IP.
