I have the same exact problem again as posted in this thread:

This time a different server and different client. In this case the client has Yealink hardphones and 3CX softphones. I know i can specify the SIP and RTP ports in the provisioning tab of an extension for a Yealink phone but how does this work for the Windows Softphones?
