Double ringing

I am not sure where to ask for help. I currently am using the 3CXPhone on my computer and every time I make an outgoing call it immediately starts ringing, and once the call reaches whoever I am trying to call and their phone rings, I can hear that as well, so there are two different ringtones. Is this something that I can fix?

I haven't looked at it in the most recent versions, but, there used to be an option, something like Enable Advanced Audio?, something to that affect. When enabled it gave a false, British style, ringback tone immediately after sending the digits.

This is a kind of simulated dialtone or ringback tone.
Try to switch off 'NoEarlySounds' (set to '1') in configuration file.
