Hi,
We are currently using 3CX v 15.5 SP2.
Under the license settings, it says,
Product - Professional Perpetual
Version - 15.5.0
Support - 15/09/2018 05:00:00
Maintenance - 25/09/2018 05:00:00
---------------------------------------------------------------
As far as I know, this means we have support and maintenance till 15th and 25th of September.
I understand that we can renew the maintenance from this link, https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/3cx-maintenance/
I'm confused about the Support though.
When I checked the last time we renewed support, it said
"Access to 3CX Support Portal - 1 Year".
But when I try to get the support now, using the link https://customer.3cx.com/orderform/default.aspx, it shows that I can only buy support per ticket, and have 2 options.
1 Ticket - $75 or 5 Tickets - $295.
Whereas it was available for a year last time around.
Has the support system been changed or am I looking at the wrong thing?
Can someone please give more information about this?
Thanks
