Downgrade ENT to PRO

We are currently on a 16SC Enterprise but the customer is no longer interested in the features. I purchased a 4SC PRO as this would be there new license. What is the procedure to do that?

Have you tried reaching out to your 3CX sales rep or customer service? They might have been able to help you downgrade on renewal.

@greatchoice As alluded to above, license keys can no longer be replaced with other keys as of last May: https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/licensing-updates/. You can try asking 3CX but I do not think they allow downgrading to 4SC and possibly 8SC, from what I've read. But yes normally before/at renewal would be the time to make changes.
