Downgrade from pro to free version

Hi,

My client's 3CX V20 PRO4 license expired today, but he doesn't want to renew it at the increased price, the free version is fine for him. However, the system has kept the PRO version and provides zero channels for speech. How can I make the system free?

There's not a self-hosted free version anymore. There's 3CX's Free account, or multi-tenant, but neither have a migration path.
