downgrade v16 (restore via veeam) (just in case anythink bad happens)

Hello,

in case we need to downgrade from v18 to v16 debian (via veeam restore)
Do you think our SNOM D345 Fleet + 3cx will run well (without any further action?)

Our Status: v16 update to v18 was running perfect well in 20minutes and no complain´s yet!

If you're contemplating having to roll back then you shouldn't have upgraded in the first place.

To roll back you will first need a) a v16 backup b) contact support to roll back your license to v18.

If you dont have a v16 license when you go for your reinstall then it wont work.

But, as you've said - you're on v18 now so try it and see.
