Download 3cxconfig file

Is there a way you can download the extension 3cxconfig file from the server?
I've a customer that has no working email so I can't send the welcome email from 3CX.

You could set the extension's email to your email address, send the email to yourself, download the resulting file and Dropbox/FTP/whatever the file to them.

In this case the 3CX server doesn't have access to a mail server / or public relay.

Hi,

I think you can use this as a work-around
On the server go to:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\xxxx\TcxProvFiles\
Then select the desired config file, copy to a different folder and rename the extension from .xml into .3cxconfig
Now you can use it as config file for your extension.
