I am wanting to use this feature but have run into a few problems.
1. Each time when you start the feature, you have to enter the AD details. Is there anywhere this information can be saved.
2. When updating a existing extension, a error occurs.
"The pin number for the selected line is invalid. Please enter another one and try again"
The error seems to only occur if the extension was not made with "Download Active Users".
3. Sorting. At present there is only a option to sort in a desending order from the advanced option. Is it possible to make column header change the sort order when clicking on it.
4. How does 3CX match the AD user to the extension, is it by the first & surname. If so what happens if two people have the same name.
5. Would it be possible to pick a AD container for the users.
6. In the server text box you have to enter the server IP Address, you cannot enter the server name.
