Download backups via SSH

Hi,

We currently host a PBX on Amazon LightSail, the backups are there also. How can I connect to the server via SSH and download the backup files so we can restore to them?
We do not have access to our admin portal for the PBX.

Using WinSCP or FileZilla.

You can connect via SFTP and get the backup file from /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Backups

You will need the user + public key.
