I am attempting to catch up from 18.3 to 20. After installing the 20 and attempting to restore backup I get the error: Cannot restore a backup without System Owner. I thought I had added the System Owner while on 18.3. So now I am looking to install 18.9, restore from backup 18.3, add System Owner, and reinstall 20.
Is 18.9 for windows available for download? I do not see the 18 vs 20 option in the license download list. I am only seeing the 20.
