Hi, I have been tackling such a problem with DR. It picks up incoming calls but it does not play "prompt". I take a look at my server status and the only error message I can see is the following:

07:12:50.180 MediaServerReporting::Service IVR not found on 127.0.0.1:5483
07:12:49.184 MediaServerReporting::Service *** Connecting to [127.0.0.1:5483] ***
07:12:48.181 MediaServerReporting::Service IVR not found on 127.0.0.1:5483

07:12:45.188 MediaServerReporting::Service *** Connecting to [127.0.0.1:5483] ***

07:12:41.181 MediaServerReporting::Service *** Connecting to [127.0.0.1:5483] ***

Can anyone give me a hand where to start analyzing this problem?

Thank you

did you open the ports on router/firewal?
you need UDP 5060, 3478, 9000-9015
and UDP ports 7000-7015 for internal calls.
hope this help

which version are you using?

thanx to all for immediate replies.
I have just installed 5.1 beta but I bumped into the problem mentioned above in the previous version too. The fact is that I have not checked my firewall for all needed ports. I am sure about 5060. I am going to check it.

All works all right when calls are made inside of my network. I mean internal numbers such as 100,101,102, etc, etc !!!!

I noticed this:

- I make a call from outside through my Voip provider
- DR picks up my call
- no onhold music is heard
- after pressing "0" for example to forward my call MediaServerReporting::Service falls

I am going to check ports and let you know

thanks a lot

well, I have checked all ports. There is no problem.
I have not mentioned that I am running it on Windows Vista, Business Edition.

Nonetheless, the call is pickud up by DR, no prompt is played and when forwarding the service keeps falling down. The last log I catched might help:
