DST Issue

Phones did not work this morning at 7:30am MST when they were supposed to. Time is set to normal MST not the no DST version. I then modified office hours and it still wouldn't turn the phones on. We verified the server showed the correct time. I finally had to set manual trunk hours to make it work for the moment.

Any idea on how to fix going forward?

HI,

Are you using V18 U3? There have been quite a few fixes in this area from V16 to V18.
If not, please update to V18 U3, then set the Office Hours back to what you want them to be, restart all services and check tomorrow morning to see if the phones will starting working that the time you expect the to.
