DTMF Code 01#0 to Analog Paging System

Hello,

My 3CX is setup and seems to be working fine. My Bogen PCM2000 analog paging system also seems to be working fine (it works with our existing ShoreTel system). The problem is I can't get 3CX and Bogen to talk to each other. I have tried CyberData Paging adapter and a Grandstream HT802. I also have a Cisco SPA122 that I have not had a chance to test yet.

When I use the CyberData Paging adapter, I enter the 00 for the all zone page and the #. Then I enter 0 and start a live page. That all works. What doesn't work is entering 01, 02, 03 and then # for those zones. Is there something in 3CX that is triggered by 01#0 and the other zones that would be causing this? Any other ideas?

To be clear...you are dialling 01#1 after connecting to the paging system? If that is the case, then is sounds to be a paging adapter issue in not recognising the commands. If you call another extension, then press those digits, the called party should hear the DTMF, as sent.

Well, the CyberData has menu system that prompts you to enter the page zone and then you press # to confirm it. When you call the Bogen PCM2000 directly the # is not needed.
