DTMF pass through not working

Hi
i have inbound call going into IVR on 3CX option 2 routes to dummy extension which forwards to an external number which has an IVR. pressing option 1,2 etc.. when connected to the external number does not work. The dummy extension is set to call mobile simultaneously which is set to the external number. from the pcap on the 3CX i can see the DTMF coming in from sip trunk side but nothing going out. I have by-passed the initial IVR and send call to dummy extn and still same issue.
build is 18.0 update 6
Trunk & User options set to PBX delivers audio.

have it sorted.. removed call mobile simultaneously ..dummy extn forward to mobile after 1 second. Thanks
