I have problem with sending correct DTMF signalling. I have SIP trunk with other location, and when customers are calling to 3cx and choose to change their Credit Card PIN number, the call is forwarded thru SIP trunk. When customer push for example 0 I can see in wireshark that "RTP Event DTMF" is trippled. The PBX on other side see that customer pushed 000.
In 3cx log i have - x.x.x.x:12250 is delivering DTMF using RTP payload (RFC2833). In-Band DTMF tone detection is disabled for this call segment.
Is there a solution for this? Or is it a bug in 3cx ?
