Hello sir,
Recently I have an issue about my 3CX system.
When I call with other's extension, or when I input my card's number while I am calling a voice bank,
the digits recognition often fail when I input digis.
ex. When I dial 12345678, and int extnsion 1234 , it will say that I input 1256 or other numbers.
I doubt that whether I need to lower the input gain/output attenuation to adjust this problem.
Or is there anyone who has ever encounter such kind of issue?
Thanks.
system: on-premise 3CX system
software version : 18.0 (Build 418)
