Dual Homed CTI Mode

Our 3CX Server has two network cards, one in the voice VLAN and one in the default VLAN. Calls are working from both networks, however putting 3CXPhone in CTI mode doesn't work. It connects to the phone but most functions just never complete, such as clicking the call button gives no response. Anyone have experience with this?

Hi there,
For 3CXPhone to work in CTI you will have to ensure that there is a route between machine on which its installed and the hardphone. You can test this easily by attempting to connect to the phone web interface from a browser on that machine.

Also ensure you are running latest supported firmware for this phone.
