Hi All,
Unique situation. We have a client who has their 3CX integrated with their Salesforce Org.
They have now expanded into a new market and have setup a 2nd Salesforce instance and want to know if they can integrate it to the same 3CX instance.
I know that this is not currently possible, as there is only one section for registering your Salesforce credentials in your 3CX instance, but is it something that could be possible, where you could connect your 3CX to multiple CRMS?
Thanks
Paul

Hello Paul,

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Only 1 integration can be setup at a time.

Creating a custom template to support this can't be done, because in this particular case the CRM uses OAuth2 for authentication, and you can't handle 2 tokens.

The best you could do is having 2 PBX, configure each one with a different Salesforce account, and then create a bridge between these 2 systems so you can call from one system to the other.

Kind regards.

Thanks @edossantos
That is what I thought would be the case. Do you think this is something that could be developed to have dual integrations?
Have you ever heard of anyone asking for it before?

This could be a common need when you use a CRM for the sales team, and a ticketing system like Freshdesk or Zendesk for the support team. Having 2 CRMs in the same company is not very common. In any case, this is not supported, and adding support for this is not as easy as it might seem, and would need an important re-architecture of the 3CX CRM engine. So I wouldn't expect this to be implemented any time soon....
