I am experiencing an issue with the Public IP address that should be reflected in the configuration of the SBC. I have a Windows SBC and I wanted to configure a Fanvil X4U-V2 phone as a Router Phone. I made the user a departmental administrator and added the VLAN in the IP Phone configuration.
When rebooting the phone, I can see the phone has taken the IP Address from the VLAN and it also has the VLAN ID. But it tells me that the phone is not registered. I believe it is not getting a Public IP to route the calls.
When adding the phone via 3CX I make the connection directly to the PBX in the cloud.
After configuring the phone and rebooting it twice, I get the same SIP not registered message.
Any help or ideas? I have created the VLAN in a Fortinet 60e and also in a cloud key gen 2 plus UNIFI Controller. I am using UNIFI Switches and configured the Switch Port to access the default VLAN and then in 3 CX I configured the VLAN ID
No joy.
