I have a new system I will be deploying using 2 AT&T PRI and 2 patton 4970 gateways. AT&T is telling me that the DID's come in both PRI's. How can I configure this? Do I just load up the numbers on both of the gateways and then double the entries when making my incoming rules?

It is 2 different trunk groups. It does not look like 3cx supports any dual port gateways at this time. It looks like I could provision 2 seperate trunk groups and provision them the same way, but that will double the work. 3cx really needs an import function for DIDs

In the Inbound Rules when you goto add the DID rule you will see 2 identical numbers for each DID it's a bit confusing at first, but once you add both of the identical DID it will show the trunk it is attached to on the main Inbound Rules page.

See here - Patton gateways 1 or 4 ports (but does not suggest 2 or 3):
https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

It is a bit odd as when creating the gateways(s) on 3CX it will ask you in the "add PSTN Gateway" section "Number of Physical PSTN Ports on device" and you can select multiple ports 1,2,3,4 ports etc.

IMPORTING INCOMING RULES will add it to the DID List under the Trunk.

Yes it does and will take more DDI's for more than 1 PRI port (if wanting to use a multiport device) these are included on 3CX only and not included in the configuration when generated.
