How do I create a dummy extension in 3CX?
I want to have an extension that can answer a call and drop it immediately automatically

Like you would create any other extension.

you might be better off creating a digital receptionist and having it end the call.

A dummy extension is essentially an extension on 3CX which doesnt have any devices attached to it, which is just using its forwarding rules to route calls.

It is not a specific function of 3CX.
