Duplicate Reporting Emails

I am experiencing an issue where the reporting emails come in duplicates, one of which the attachment is broken. The other one comes with a link which typically works. I reset the reports and it stopped for a while, but it has started happening again. I was wondering what could be causing this issue.

Do you have a failover server somewhere or a test server that you restored a backup to which could cause the email being sent from 2 different sources?

Yes, we recently had to failover to that server. Do you know how I could go about stopping the reports from coming from that server as well?

The failover should not be sending reports if in failover mode. First make sure that your failover server is also on v15.5.15502.6 .
Also check the services of the failover server and make sure it is set correctly to failover and only the necessary services are running.
