Dynamic DNS for 3CX

I can register my atas and dial out using the dynamic DNS xxxxx.no-ip.com or the xx.xx.xx.xx IP address. Now I want to use a new no-ip host. With the no-ip.info, myvpn.com and any of the no-ip free hostnames, I can register my ATA and receive calls, but can not dial out. It shows "Call failed. 403 Forbidden". I tried many other free DDNS and got the same result. Which dynamic DNS do you use?

I don't. Get a static address and use static DNS.

That being said, the PBX is rejecting your outbound call likely from Settings: Advanced: Advanced: Settings for Direct SIP Calls: Local SIP domain. Set to your domain name.

Hi,

I am using DynDNS.org with several external extension without any problem.
Don't forget to setup "Direct SIP Calls" field as Ian replied.
