Dynamical forward (number on list)

Hi!

I'm not familiar with all options 3CX pbx provides, so I might be asking "bulls...".

First I want to know wheather there is an option for dynamical forwarding.

Example: transfer all calls that are ON List to one external number, but transfer all other calls (which are not on list) to internal number.
The list of numbers is dynamic -> either a query on DB or CSV.

I think that this kind of options is not possbile within 3CX PBX itself, right?

The second question is how this can be achived? With 3cx client - lunch external SW on incoming call, and within this external program forward call?

Or maybe with using some other "plugin", application.

Hello @petrusko

If i understand correctly you want specific callers to be forwarded directly to external numbers while other calls be directed internally.
You can add CID rules that will forward the calls based on the callers ID and forward them to external numbers. You can also import them via CSV but you will have to manually delete the previous rules and import new every time you want to change them.
