Dear all,

We have an integration with Dynamics 365, which is nicely showing incoming CRM details on the 3CX webclient. Unfortunately, our Yealink T48s phone does not show any incoming caller details when they call for the first time, as they are not yet in the 3CX company phonebook.

- Is there any way of "forcing" a sync of contacts between Dynamics and the 3CX company phonebook?
- Alternatively, are there any known workarounds? We have tried the Office365 integration, but this only syncs into the 3CX personal phonebook, so not an option either.
- Could we manually overwrite the company phonebook and yealink phonebook xml files or would these changes be overwritten again by 3CX?

Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks

This is a known limitation when using desk phones. But you can also use the Web Client in CTI mode and you will get the information even for the first call.

No, this is not possible.

That would be normal contacts, and not CRM contacts. There is a difference in how 3CX stores them. CRM contacts have the Contact URL stored in a property that can't be manipulated from the console, so there is no way to get them like this. You will end up with the caller name, but not the contact URL...
