Early Ringback tone

Hi,

I am trialling the 3CX hosted solution and have been using the softphone via Google Chrome. When I make a call, there is a ringback tone sounding prior to the call starting to ring on the dialled number. Is there any way to disable this on this hosted version? Is that peculiar to the softphone? Will that also happen on IP phones?

What version number of 3CX are you using? You can see it on your dashboard in the rightmost panel
